If the prize is greater than $600 but less than $5,000, the winner must provide the Society with their name, address and Social Security number. The Society will issue the winner an IRS Form W2-G. The winner is responsible for including this on his or her tax return. Cost of purchase of raffle tickets is not tax-deductible. Values are based on regular retail rates.
